BY PURCHASING ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU BOTH HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.ORDERS ARE TAKEN UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT THIS T.O.S. HAS ALREADY BEEN READ COMPLETELY THROUGH.Under a violation of any of these terms, I have a right to cancel and possibly non-refund any orders. My art also MAY NOT BE USED FOR NFTS, OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.

PAYMENT

I take payment solely via PayPal. This means including your email and real name, which are also needed for invoices / receipts.
I will not use or hold onto either post-payment; they are used solely for this transaction.There are occurances where I would accept Discord Nitro (not basic) as payment, but you must ask first, as the option is not always available.

There are several ways I will accept payments:

Payment should be in USD, and must be converted before sending.
Tips are greatly appreciated, but not needed.You may get a refund if I have not started your commission, upon request. You will receive 70% payment back if I am still on the sketch stage, 30% if on the lineart stage. After the lines are finished, no refunds will be given.

By paying an invoice, you agree that you are paying for a SOLELY digital product / service and will not receive physical items.By using an account to pay, you confirm that you are the owner of the account or have permission to use it by the owner.You are also confirming that you own or have permission to use the money given for payment. Post-payment, no chargebacks or refunds may be given.

*Underage person(s) may NOT request NSFW art of any kind. If I know you are underage when requesting art, you will be immediately blacklisted from purchasing any art in the future. Purchasing any mature art confirms you are 18 years or older, and agree to these rules; if it is untrue at any point, it's not my responsibility.

REFERENCES / INFO

If I am given anything other than a digital, full-body, unshaded reference sheet, then I am not responsible for any mistakes made; I will still try and draw the character as faithfully as possible regardless.Visual and written references are fine, though I prefer the former. Note that if the written reference is too wordy or not complex enough for me to fully work off of, I reserve a right to add a charge to the order, and will contact you about it.Please be as specific as possible; when given artistic freedom, I cannot guarantee pieces will come out exactly how you want them to. The more information I am given, the more accurate I can make the work.You will be given some progress sketches when I make them, which is TIME SPECIFICALLY ALOTTED FOR EDITING POSING / ANATOMY / DETAILS. Once retrieving confirmation that the sketch is acceptable, I will move onto the lineart phase, where major things may not be able to be altered. Small details are still acceptable, at my judgement; major ones will add a charge.AFTER COLORING, DETAILS CANNOT BE CHANGED.You may request me to alter my style / choose a specific style that I've shown off before. Direct artist emulation is not permitted. I can, however, make art more detailed or cartoony at request.

TIME FRAME

I do not have specific time frames, but artwork usually gets done within 2 weeks, though not guaranteed. If I have any reason(s) to delay your commission, I will notify you.Time constraints are acceptable, but will add an extra fee. Minimum of 7 days beforehand, as I do have college.Occasional gentle reminders are acceptable, but do not constantly hound me for updates on the work. I have the right to leave said work unfinished, and deliver it to you as is.

You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but cannot claim you are the one who made it. This includes, but is not limited to: Profile pictures, banners, icons, etc.You may repost your artwork onto your social media, but you must credit me, regardless of platform.Art or character designs cannot be resold for more than you paid for your order.
